Welcome to the neighborhood! The Gulfwood Homeowner's Association is dedicated to making our neighborhood the best that it can be, and we look forward to serving our neighbors. If you love being part of a community and are looking for some friendly faces — you’ve come to the right place.

Welcome to the Gulfwood Neighborhood! If you are interested in joining the Gulfwood HOA, you've come to the right place.

HOA dues of $40 (payable to GWHO) are due by December 31. Please mail to 633 Sunnydale Rd, or drop in the box on the porch. Information will go into the Gulfwood directory. Dues entitle you to a discount at Waste Connections.

Your dues pay for the monthly LCUB bill for street lights, upkeep and care of the entrances into the Gulfwood subdivision, and special events hosted by GWHOA.

Gulfwood also has a pool within the subdivision. Membership is available to anyone, not just residents. The facility is run by a separate group called the Gulfwood Recreation Association. Gulfwood HOA and Gulfwood Pool are in no way affiliated.

Annual Neighborhood Sale
Gulfwood HOA's neighborhood yard sale will take place Saturday, September 28 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. This event will be advertised in the Knoxville News Sentinel, NextDoor, and social media. Let us know if you're participating by emailing gulfwoodhoa@gmail.com so we can create a list of participating addresses!

Oktoberbest
Join your Gulfwood neighbors for Oktoberfest! Brats & Hot Dogs will be provided by the HOA, and all you have to do is bring a chair and a side to share. Traditional German beers brewed right here in Gulfwood! Music and games for all ages. Don't forget to invite your neighbors and we hope to see you there!
